Kukio at Hualalai Resort is one of the newer developments in the Hualalai Resort area. Development began in 2001 with the intent to offer an equal luxurious experience to what guests received while staying within the Hualalai Resort.

The Kukio Beach Club is the most popular area of Kukio. Here you will find a dining area, beach bar, fitness facility, spa, and swimming pool all located on a beachfront setting with spectacular views. Also located here is an outdoor pursuits area where homeowners can work with staff on various outdoor activities such as paddle boarding, private tours, ocean and land fitness training, and much more. Homeowners looking to dine at the Kukio Beach Club get to enjoy a Pacific Rim cuisine. There is also a 10 hole golf course located near the Kukio Beach Club.
Kukio Sports Complex
One of the most popular area of Kukio for families is the sports complex, which is located on bluff within Kukio offering panoramic ocean views. Here you will find a small kitchen and sitting area along with a resort style pool that has a slide and jacuzzi, water features, and a playground nearby. This is a great location for childrens birthday parties and one of the staff can help coordinate that. For the sports enthusiast there is a soccer field area, tennis courts, and a half court basketball court. Private trainers can be set up for any of these sports.
