After getting off your private elevator, you access the condo through two large mahogany doors. When you walk in you will enter the great room with vaulted ceilings and be mesmerized by the spectacular ocean view. The living area has two couches facing a wall mounted big screen LCD television. Adjacent is the spacious kitchen and dining area. The kitchen features a granite island, stainless steel appliances, and is well stocked for all your cooking needs. The dining area features a large table that seats 6. When you open the large pocket doors this whole space opens up to the large lanai. On the lanai you will find a dining area that seats 4 and a lounging area with a couch and chairs. There is also a wet bar with a grill. This is a great spot to spend your morning drinking coffee or having an evening cocktail.
On one side of the condo are the two master bedrooms. The first master bedroom has a king size bed with bedside tables with a big screen LCD television wall mounted across from it. There is plenty of space in this room and also has a large walk in closet. There are two large glass windows that open up to the view. The attached bathroom has a deep soaking tub, dual vanities, and a large walk in shower with dual showerheads.
As you cross the hall to the second master bedroom you will pass the laundry room that features a full size washer and dryer. The second master bedroom has a queen size bed with bedside tables facing a wall mounted big screen LCD television. This room also offers plenty of space and a large walk in closet. The attached bathroom has a deep soaking tub, walk in shower, and dual vanities.
On the other side of the condo behind the kitchen is the guest bedroom. Here you will find two twin beds facing a wall mounted big screen LCD television. The attached bathroom has a vanity with a walk in shower.

If you must cancel prior to the rent being paid, the deposit is lost. If you cancel after the rent is paid, the rent is lost unless we are able to rebook the property.
The deposit is charged at the time of booking. If your stay is within 60 days of making your reservation, all charges will be processed at the time of booking.
