Kolea 15B is located on the Waikoloa Beach Marriott side of the property offering easy access to the beach at A'Bay as well as the Kings and Queens Shops. This villa is also one of the few 2 bedroom villas with a nice view of the beach and ocean.
The living area is nicely furnished with a couch and two chairs facing an LCD television with extended cable, and a DVD player. The large pocket doors off of the living room open up to the lanai and nice view. The lanai has a nice dining area that seats 4. There is also a wet bar with a stainless steel grill for your use.
Adjacent to the living room is the dining room that seats 6 and the kitchen. The kitchen is well stocked and features stainless steel appliances and granite counters. The open view is available from all these areas of the villa.
Just off the entry is the first master bedroom with a king size bed with bedside tables facing an armoire with a television. The bathroom has a deep soaking tub, walk in shower, and dual vanities.
On the other side of the villa is the second master bedroom with a king size bed with bedside tables facing a chest of drawers with an LCD television. The attached bathroom has dual vanities with a deep soaking tub and walk in shower.
Other amenities of Kolea 15B include wifi, air conditioning, and a laundry area with a full size washer and dryer.

If you must cancel prior to the rent being paid, the deposit is lost. If you cancel after the rent is paid, the rent is lost unless we are able to rebook the property.
The deposit is charged at the time of booking. If your stay is within 60 days of making your reservation, all charges will be processed at the time of booking.

Great Big Island experience
The condo was very spacious, and very well equipped. I couldn't ask for anything more in a condo unit. Only one maintenance issue: The grill outside doesn't want to light sometimes. Perhaps it needs some inside cleaning.
