Kolea 12A offers a nice garden setting with easy access to the Kolea Beach Club. This luxury 3 bedroom villa at Kolea at Waikoloa Beach Resort offers all the luxuries anyone could desire in a vacation home.
Within the spacious great room you will find a gourmet kitchen, dining area, and large living area. The living area features a sofa with two recliners facing a wall mounted big screen television with a DVD player and extended cable. The specious kitchen is well stocked and features granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The dining area is just off the kitchen and seats 6 around a large table.
The large pocket doors open up allowing for a smooth transition from the great room to the expansive lanai and garden area. The lanai has a couch and two chairs to relax and a dining area. There is also a stainless steel grill and wet bar for your use. Just off the lanai there is a large lawn area with easy access to the Kolea Beach Club and Waikoloa Beach Marriott from there.
On one side of the villa is the master bedroom with a king size bed and bedside tables. Adjacent to the bed is a chest of drawers with an LCD television on top. The attached bathroom has a walk in shower, a deep soaking tub, and dual vanities.
Just down the hall is the first guest bedroom with two twin beds and a nightstand. Adjacent to the beds are a chest of drawers and a wall mounted LCD television. The attached bath has a vanity with a tub/shower combo.
Just off the kitchen is the second guest bedroom with a queen size bed. There is a television and DVD player located in the room for your use. The attached bathroom has a walk in shower and a vanity.

If you must cancel prior to the rent being paid, the deposit is lost. If you cancel after the rent is paid, the rent is lost unless we are able to rebook the property.
