Kolea Information and Maps

In 2003 Centex Deveopers decided to build the first beachfront condo complex in the Waikoloa Beach Resort, which later became known as Kolea. They wanted Kolea to encompass everything an investor could be interested in. They subdivided out all the oceanfront land and sold them to people interested in building the vacation home of their dreams. Behind those lots, spacious three bedroom villas were built with large lanais and spectacular interiors.

After that phase was built, Centex decided to build smaller, less expensive villas behind the first row to attract a larger buying market. These villas were built offering the same finishes as the prior villas, but just did not offer as much of a view and were smaller.

All of these villas and home share the magnificent Kolea Beach Club. The Kolea Beach Club offers an amazing setting overlooking A'Bay. At the Kolea Beach Club you will find an infinity pool, natural lava rock jacuzzi, a sand bottom childrens pool with a waterfall, sitting area, and a fitness center. The open air fitness center features new age equipment and is open you to allow you to enjoy the sounds of the ocean and the breeze.
