Kolea 9J: Two Bedroom Ocean View Penthouse

Kolea 9J is a conveniently located two bedroom penthouse offering easy access to the Kolea Beach Club and is one of the few two bedroom villas with a nice ocean view.

The great room has the kitchen, dining area, and living area.  The living area has a couch with two chairs facing an armoire, which houses a LCD television with a DVD player and a sound system.  Open the pocket doors from the living area and walk out to the lanai where you will find a table for four along with a lounge chair.  The lanai also features a wet bar with a stainless steel grill.  The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs and features stainless steel appliances and granite counters.  The dining area seats four.  Enjoy the view of the blue waters of the Pacific Ocean from all of these areas. 

Just off the living room is the master bedroom.  Here you will find a king size bed, LCD television with a built in DVD player, and bedside tables.  Enjoy the view of the ocean as you lay in bed!  The master bath has a deep soaking tub, walk in shower, and double vanities. 

Just off the entrance to the villa is the guest bedroom.  The layout of this room gives it a nice spacious feel.  There are two twin beds, LCD television and a DVD player.  The second bathroom is attached and has dual vanities with tub/shower combo. 

The villa also features central air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, dimmer controls for the lighting and a washer and dryer.
