Kolea Villa 16H

This beautifully decorated two bedroom two bath is a second floor villa accessible by stairs or elevator.  It has a classy cultural feel with Polynesian and Asian themed artwork throughout. 

The fully stocked kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and gorgeous granite to serve as your countertop.  Recessed lighting and pendant lights elegantly brighten the kitchen and bar area.   Below a sophisticated line of track lighting stands a huge beveled glass dining table with room for a party of six to comfortably dine.  Two wooden saddle stools offer additional seating at the kitchen bar. 

The living area is furnished with a sectional which folds out to a twin sleeper and a couch doubles as another twin sleeper.   A large flat screen television mounted in the corner offers DVD playing capabilities. 

The travertine tiled lanai is equipped with a stainless steel barbecue grill, hood and sink, all exquisitely set in teak cabinetry and granite.  Outdoor seating for four in a relaxing natural setting provides the perfect venue to grill and enjoy the tropical climate with nearby chilled refreshments in the outdoor fridge.  Unwind in the ocean air and enjoy a peek at Hualalai.

The master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, television with a built in dvd player, desk and an oversized cushion armchair with ottoman.    The paintings in this room tell stories of old Hawaii, and the wooden drawers of a tall dresser displays beautifully carved out coconut trees.  The master bathroom has a deep soaking tub, double vanities and a walk in shower all set in golden tones of natural stone.

The guest bedroom has a full size bed with two nightstands, a hardwood dresser and television with a built in dvd player.  The soft pastel colors of Hawaiian themed art exude an inviting spirit.  A sliding mahogany door connects this room to the guest bath where a tub shower and dual vanities are designed in travertine.

The villa also features central air conditioning, ceiling fans throughout, dimmer controls for the lighting and a washer and dryer.
