Kolea 13F offers one of the most unique settings at Kolea at Waikoloa Beach Resort. This three bedroom penthouse offers spectacular beach and ocean views as well as views of the Waikoloa Beach Marriott luau grounds.

As you enter the villa through the large double doors from your private elevator you will be struck by the spaciousness and amazing beach view. Within this large area is the living and dining areas as well as the kitchen. The large pocket doors open to bring these rooms together with the amazing lanai. Enjoy the spectacular view from all of these areas.

The living are has an Asian inspired decor with a wall mounted big screen television with a DVD player and cable teleivision. There is ample seating for the entire family. You will also find entertainment here for the family including DVDs, games, and books. Adjacent to the living area is the dining area, which has seating for six and the kitchen.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs while on vacation. It has granite counters along with a large granite island and stainless steel appliances. It has been equipped with all the neccessary cooking utencils and dishes.

The large lanai has a sitting area with a couch and chairs as well as a dining area for six. The wet bar has a stainless steel grill and refrigerator. This is a great spot to enjoy some grilled fish while enjoying a mai tai and the beautiful blue waters of the Pacific or the beautiful mountain view of Hualalai.

On the left side of the villa are the two master suites. The first master suite has a king size bed with a television, DVD player and VCR. There is a private lanai off of this bedroom. The master bathroom is spacious and has a deep soaking tub for two, dual vanities, and a shower for two. You can enjoy the beautiful view from all of these areas.

Adjacent to the master suite is the second master suite. Here you will find another a king size with a television and DVD player. The attached bath has dual vanities, a deep soaking tub, and a large walk in shower.

In between the two master suite is the laundry room which has a full size washer and dryer, sink and an area for ironing.

Behind the kitchen is the guest bedroom with two twin beds with a television. The attached bath has a large walk in shower and vanity.

A half bath powder room is located just off the living area and is adorned with an elegant copper sink.
