Kolea 3A is located in a peaceful area of Kolea and offers a spacious lawn setting off of the large lanai that is great for families with children.
The living area has a charming Tommy-Bahama style feel, with a wicker sofa and two chairs facing the entertainment center with a big screen smart LCD television with extended cable and a DVD player. Also located in the great room is the gourmet kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances which is very well equipped for all of your cooking needs. Just off the kitchen is the lovely glass dining table which seats 6.
The large pocket doors open up off the great room to access the spacious lanai that Kolea is known for. Here you will find a large dining table with six chairs and a nice lounging area with a three-seater couch, coffee table, and two large chairs. There is also a wet bar with a refrigerator and a stainless steel grill for your use. The lawn area wraps around the lanai giving you an expansive open feeling.
On one side of the villa is the master suite with a king size bed and bedside tables facing an armoire with a television with extended cable and a comfortable work desk. The ensuite master bath has dual vanities with a large walk in shower and a deep soaking tub. Next to the master bedroom is a guest bedroom with two twin beds and a nightstand facing a chest of drawers with a LCD television with extended cable. The ensuite bath has a vanity with a tub/shower combo. There is a smaller private lanai off these two bedrooms with chaise lounges.
On the other side of the villa is another guest bedroom with a queen size bed with bedside tables, chest, and smart tv. The ensuite bath has a vanity with a walk in shower.
Other features of this villa include wifi, dual zone air conditioning, washer/dryer, and tile throughout the main living areas with warm hardwood in all of the bedrooms.

If you must cancel prior to the rent being paid, the deposit is lost. If you cancel after the rent is paid, the rent is lost unless we are able to rebook the property.
The deposit is charged at the time of booking. If your stay is within 60 days of making your reservation, all charges will be processed at the time of booking.
