Enjoy the warm Hawaiian feel of this comfortably furnished two bedroom villa at Kolea. This villa is one of the few two bedroom villas at Kolea that has a partial ocean view and also offers convenient access to the Kolea Beach Club.
The second you walk into the villa the attention to detail will be noticed. The walls are nicely decorated with a grass woven wallpaper and Hawaiian artwork. The living area has two sofas facing the entertainment center which features a big screen television, Blu ray DVD player, and extended cable. There is also another large chair for lounging. You can open the large pocket doors to access the lanai and hear the sounds of Hawaii. The lanai features a wet bar with a stainless steel grill and a table with four chairs. Enjoy the nice view from the lanai as well as the living area.
Adjacent to the living area is the dining area which has a large marble table seating six. The kitchen is adorned with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and is well stocked.
Just off the living area is the master bedroom with a king size bed. From the bed you can enjoy partial views of the ocean through the windows or watch your favorite television show on the LCD television. There is also a Blu ray DVD player and extended cable. The master bathroom features a large walk in shower, a deep soaking tub, and dual vanities.
The guest bedroom has two twin beds. The attached bath has a tub/shower combo and dual vanities.

If you must cancel prior to the rent being paid, the deposit is lost. If you cancel after the rent is paid, the rent is lost unless we are able to rebook the property.
The deposit is charged at the time of booking. If your stay is within 60 days of making your reservation, all charges will be processed at the time of booking.

We have been to Kona many times and have stayed at Kolea- what a fabulous place- you should be proud of the well appointed home. All the comforts of home with the beautiful island fare. Do not miss lava-lava. Great, fun place. Good food. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful island. One caution- as a grandparent the pool here is lovely but noisy. Many, many small children. HOA may need to consider a quiet pool or hours for guests. Parents of young children would appreciate this as well.
Our thanks for a wonderful week at your condo in Kolea. Everything is right here. Restaurants, the beach, exercise equipment, pool, something for everyone! We love the area and are so grateful our daughter invited us to join them. Mahalo!!
