Kolea 9G is a beautiful ground floor villa with easy access to the Kolea Beach Club and the beach at Waikoloa Beach Resort.
This beautiful two bedroom Kolea villa was newly furnished in 2012 and offers a great location within Kolea. Just a short walk away from the villa is the Kolea Beach Club with direct beach access to A'Bay.
As you enter the villa you will be struck by the attention to detail and the comfort this villa offers. The large great room offers enough space for any family. The living area has a nice sofa facing the entertainment area with a big screen LCD television, extended cable, surround sound, and a DVD player. There is also a nice chair for relaxing and reading a book. Open the pocket doors off of the living area and enjoy the lush Hawaiian landscape just off of the lanai. The lanai features two love seats along with a wet bar with a stainless steel grill.
Just off of the living area is the dining area, which seats four. The kitchen is well stocked and has granite counters and stainless steel appliances.
Just off the living area is the master bedroom with a king size bed. The bed faces an LCD television with a DVD player and extended cable. There is also a chair for relaxing. The master bathroom features a large walk in shower, a deep soaking tub, and dual vanities.
The guest bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a king upon request with a wall mounted LCD television. The attached bath has a tub/shower combo and dual vanities.

Cancellation Policy: We will process the deposit within the next 24 hours and send you a confirmation email. The rent is due 60 days prior to arrival. If you must cancel prior to the rent being paid, the deposit is lost. If you cancel after the rent is paid, the rent is lost unless we are able to rebook the property.
The deposit is charged at the time of booking. If your stay is within 60 days of making your reservation, all charges will be processed at the time of booking.

5 Days of Luxury
We had a wonderful stay at Kolea. And it started with the best written directions for finding our villa that I have ever seen. When we arrived and opened the front door we were met with a more luxurious and well/appointed Villa than I imagined. The staff from guest services dropped in to check on us and responded to our every need. The pool and beach access were fabulous. We will be back!

Guest of Kolea may also access the Kolea Beach Club, a private club with several amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. There is an infinity pool surrounded by lounge chairs, a kids pool with a waterfall and sand bottom, views of several pristine Hawaiian ponds, and a refreshing lava rock Jacuzzi. Inside the Kolea Beach Club, there is also a fitness center, tables, and lounging areas to enjoy games or relaxing dinners.
