As you enter the villa you will appreciate this updated three bedroom three bath ground floor unit with an ocean view and location directly across from the Kolea Beach Club.. The living area has comfortable couches with a big screen LCD television with a DVD player and extended cable and wifi. Just off the living area you will find the dining area, which has seating for six. The fully stocked kitchen has granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. The beautiful beach and water views are available from all of these areas.
Open the pocket doors off the great room and enjoy the spacious lanai. The lanai has ample seating with a couch, chairs, and dining area. You will also find a wet bar and stainless steel grill. Just off of the lanai is a beautiful lawn area with a lush tropical garden behind it. The beach and ocean views are the backdrop to this setting.
All three of the bedrooms can be configured with King beds. Just off of the great room is the second guest bedroom with two twin XL beds (convertible upon request to a King) and a private bathroom with a shower.
On the other side of the villa you will find the other two bedrooms with ocean views and access to a private lanai with lush landscaping. The master suite has a king size bed and a television. The spacious master bath opens to the master bedroom and has a large walk in shower with a deep soaking tub and walk in closet.
Just down the hall from the master suite is the first guest bedroom. This bedroom has a king size bed and a television. The second private bath has a shower and soaking tub.
Enjoy discount golf at the Waikoloa Beach, Lakes and Kings courses while staying at this villa. The fees for guests staying at this unit are approximately half the advertised rate ($85 through 2024).

If you must cancel prior to the rent being paid, the deposit is lost. If you cancel after the rent is paid, the rent is lost unless we are able to rebook the property.
