Kolea 14M is nicely situated within Kolea to give you an ocean view and also an open space in front of your villa. From the moment you walk in the villa you will notice the attention to detail including newly upgraded granite and stone floors throughout.
The entry hall leads to the great room with vaulted ceilings. As soon as you enter the great room you will notice the nice granite island in the kitchen and the blue ocean waters in the distance. The living room has a nice sofa set facing an LCD television with a DVD player and extended cable. The large pocket doors open to the lanai, which has a table and chairs for four, a wet bar, and a stainless steel grill. Enjoy the beautiful ocean view and open space around you.
The first master bedroom is off of the entry and has a queen size bed with bedside tables facing an LCD television. The entry to the room has a wet bar and beverage center. The attached bath has dual vanities, a deep soaking tub, and a walk in shower.
On the other side of the villa is the second master bedroom with a king size bed with bedside tables facing a LCD television. Enjoy views of the water out your windows! The attached bath has a deep soaking tub, large walk in shower, and dual vanities.

If you must cancel prior to the rent being paid, the deposit is lost. If you cancel after the rent is paid, the rent is lost unless we are able to rebook the property.
The deposit is charged at the time of booking. If your stay is within 60 days of making your reservation, all charges will be processed at the time of booking.
