The Colony Villas at Waikoloa Beach Resort offer spacious 2 and 3 bedroom townhome style vacation rentals with golf course, mountain, and garden views. Located on the 10th fairway of the Waikoloa Beach Course, the Colony Villas are located in a quieter place of the Waikoloa Beach Resort but still offer easy access to all the amenities. For those that love golf, this community is the closed to the Waikoloa Beach Golf clubhouse.
The Colony Villas offer a selection of 2 and 3 bedroom townhome style vacation rentals. Given that they are two stories, no property has another property above it. There are a few different floor plans to choose from. All of the properties include nice vaulted living room ceiling, gourmet kitchens with granite counters, and covered lanais.
There are two pools at the Colony Villas so that no property is too far from a pool. Some properties offer almost direct access to a pool off of a lanai, which is a great feature for families. Only one of the pools features a hot tub. There are barbeque grills located throughout the property for guests use. The Colony Villas also offers a tennis court exclusively for guests staying there. If you like to begin your morning exercising, there is a small fitness center with contemporary equipment.
Waikoloa Vacation Rentals does not currently manage vacation rentals at the Colony Villas, but do offer a nice selection of 2 and 3 bedroom vacation rentals at Halii Kai. Halii Kai is located right next to the Colony Villas and offers a number of oceanfront vacation rentals.
