Kolea at Waikoloa Beach Resort
Kolea at Waikoloa Beach Resort is the lone beachfront community within the resort. Kolea is predominantly a condo community with a selection of 2 and 3 bedroom condos. Nestled in front off all these condos are private homes that span in size from 3 bedrooms to 6 bedrooms. Each of these homes offer ocean views and easy access to both hotels and the beach.
Naupaka Place at Waikoloa Beach Resort
Naupaka Place is the most luxurious community at Waikoloa Beach Resort. This exclusive community only has a small selection of homes that all offer ocean views. Currently with the exception of one home, they all are located on the ocean, with spectacular oceanfront views. Each home on the ocean offers direct access to a sandy bath that takes you to the Hilton Waikoloa as well as the white sand beach of A’Bay.
Ainamalu at Waikoloa Beach Resort
Ainamalu is the newest addition to Waikoloa Beach Resort and offers more affordable private home rentals. Within Ainamalu you will find a selection of 3-5 bedroom homes mostly offering mountain views. There are a few with golf course views as well as a few with very partial ocean views. Close to half of the homes include a pool.
