For the months of July and August on Wednesdays from 5-8pm, the Hilton Waikoloa will be offering Village Street Eats. This is a food truck gathering in their parking lot of some of the most popular food trucks and small businesses on the Big Island of Hawaii.
While the vendors vary from week to week, there is a large selection including Caribbean food, Mexican food, sushi, a selection of local foods and beers, fried ice cream, desert selection, and more.
There is plenty of designated places to sit around the area and nice restroom facilities. If you are coming from a different resort or live on the Big Island, they also offer free parking within the same parking lot of the event.
Village Street Eats offers a nice alternative for Waikoloa Beach Resort guests to get something quick and casual rather than the larger formal dinner. Weather you are planning to sit and eat, or just stopping by on your way back from the beach, there is something for everyone.
If you are staying at Kolea at Waikoloa Beach Resort, you can either walk along the beach path or walk along the main road within Waikoloa Beach Resort to get to the Village Street Eats. We highly recommend talking the beach path as you are sure to enjoy an amazing sunset along the way.
****They may extend Village Street Eats past August 2025, but currently it is unknown.
