Ainamalu is the newest development at Waikoloa Beach Resort. This development currently has 3 and 4 bedroom homes. There are a selection of custom homes that line the Waikoloa golf course and a selection of other homes that either currently look towards the ocean or look towards the beautiful Mauna Kea mountain.
Each home features some nice finishes including granite counters and stainless appliances. All the homes offer ample living space that open to a backyard with many of them having a pool and jacuzzi.
While Ainamalu is located in a private part of the resort, all of the amenities of the Waikoloa Beach Resort are within a mile of the property. The Queens Shops are the closest and feature and array of restaurants, shopping, as well as Island Gourmet Grocery Store. The Hilton Waikoloa is the nearest hotel with an assortment of restaurants and their famous expansive pool. Guests of Ainamalu also have access to the white sand beach at A’Bay.
