The Beach Villas at Waikoloa Beach Resort are very conveniently located within the resort and are within walking distance to both the Queens Shops and Kings Shops. The Beach Villas are the sister property of the Waikoloa Fairway Villas and were built shortly after the Waikoloa Fairway Villas and offer almost identical properties.
The Beach Villas offer a selection of 2 and 3 bedroom vacation rentals. The overall exterior design of the property gives a feel old Hawaii. The interiors offer plenty of space with contemporary designs. Built in 2005, many of these vacation rentals have been upgraded so offer different interior upgrades. All the properties have spacious kitchen with granite counters and full size appliances. Each property has a lanai with varying views including golf course, mountain, garden, and pool views. Many of the lanais have a grill and wet bar.
Guests of the Beach Villas at Waikoloa have access to two pools with each building being in close proximity to a pool. These are resort style pools with waterfalls, jacuzzies, and lounge chairs with umbrellas. There is also a fitness center with a selection of equipment for guests use. Located near the pool are outdoor dining areas and barbeque grills.
Waikoloa Vacation Rentals does not presently manage vacation rentals at the Waikoloa Beach Villas, but do at the nearby Waikoloa Fairway Villas.
