This villa offers everything you could desire in a vacation rental. The living area offers a couch with two chairs facing the entertainment center, which features a big screen LCD television, dvd player, and an iPod docking station. Open the large pocket doors off the living room and enjoy the warm air of Hawaii. The lanai features a stainless steel grill and wet bar along with a dining area for four. Hualalai mountain along with the ancient ponds just off of A'Bay are viewable from here.
Adjacent to the living area is the dining area which seats six. The kitchen is fully stocked and features granite counters and stainless steel appliances.
Just off the living room is the master bedroom with a king size bed with beside tables on each side. Enjoy a flat screen television and DVD player. The attached master bathroom has dual vanities, a deep soaking tub, and a large walk in shower.
Near the entry is the second master bedroom. The queen bed faces an armoir with a LCD televison and DVD player. The spacious attached bath has a walk in shower, deep soaking tub, and dual vanities.
The villa also features central air conditioning, wifi, and a washer and dryer.

If you must cancel prior to the rent being paid, the deposit is lost. If you cancel after the rent is paid, the rent is lost unless we are able to rebook the property.
The deposit is charged at the time of booking. If your stay is within 60 days of making your reservation, all charges will be processed at the time of booking.
