Kolea 1F is one of the only villas that has ocean views from every room of the villa! With two master suites with ocean views, Kolea 1F is a great vacation rental for couples traveling together. The Kolea Beach Club and the beach of Waikoloa Beach Resort are less than a two minute walk from the villa.
As you enter the villa you will be struck by the spacious living and dining areas all facing the amazing view of the Pacific Ocean. The living area is furnished with two overstuffed couches with a big screen television. The dining area seats six. Open the large pocket doors off of the dining area to enjoy the lanai and the expansive ocean view. With a dining area and a lounging area on the lanai, it offers a great setting for reading a book or enjoying a meal while taking in the ocean view. You will also find a stainless steel grill on the lanai for your use.
The gourmet kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a flat stove top. The kitchen at Kolea 1F has been fully stocked to ensure you will have everything you need to cook your favorite meals while on vacation.
Behind the kitchen is the gust bedroom, which has a queen size bed and a rollout bed if needed. Attached is a private bath with a shower.
On the other side of the villa are the two master suites. The first master suite has a king size bed with a television. Attached is a private lanai to enjoy the view. The master bath has a dual head shower and a deep soaking tub for two with dual vanities. The second master suite has a king size bed with a television. The attached bathroom has a deep soaking tub and a walk in shower along with dual vanities.
