Kolea 14M is a two bedroom two bath penthouse with a stunning view of Anaeho’omalu Bay and Hualalai.  It is a well appointed villa with a gorgeous fusion of Asian and Hawaiian displays of art.  Every part of this villa has been touched upon by creativity and class.    

The fully stocked kitchen will inspire the chef within you.  The stainless steel appliances and elegant granite countertops sparkle against the African Mahogany woodwork.  Unique glass pendant lights softly illuminate the bar top where tall leather seated bar seats offer a relaxed kitchen venue.  Just behind this is a comfortable dining table for four with it’s own sleek pendant lighting overhead.    

The soft inviting cushions of the living room couch beckon you to sit back and enjoy the large flat screen cable television with the accompanying Bose Sound System. 

The large glass lanai doors can be tucked completely into the wall pocket to open the villa to the ocean air.  Out on the lanai enjoy a casual meal on the lanai table which seats four.  The lanai is also furnished with a gas barbecue grill, sink and an outdoor refrigerator.  These stainless steel appliances are again surrounded by elegant granite, and teak cabinetry.

The luxurious entrance way to the master bedroom takes you past your personal bar sink and a built in wine cooler tucked in mahogany cabinetry and granite.  A lionfish statue greets you from the mirrored niche.  The master is furnished with a cozy king bed.  A flat screen television sits atop a large six drawer wooden carved dresser.  The room is decorated with vibrant art depictions of old Hawaii smoothly blended with Asian touches.  Partial mountain views are also visible.
 
The master bathroom has two separate vanities on opposing walls.  A travertine tiled walk in shower stands in the corner, surrounded by glass walls.  Beside it lies a deep soaking tub enveloped by a wide golden travertine top.  

The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and also has a flat screen television atop a large wooden six drawer dresser.  Enjoy ocean and mountain views from this room.  Oriental and modern artwork brighten this room ever so gently. 

The guest bath is equipped with dual vanities.  A travertine tiled walk shower is outfitted with a corner shower bench.  The bath also holds an extra large deep soaking tub which is naturally brightened by the roof skylight located directly above it.  A ceiling fan has been installed in this bath for added circulation.

One of the nicest features of this villa is the mountain breeze that flows through the doors and windows. 

This villa also has a complete laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.
