Kolea Villa 14K

Kolea 14K is a three bedroom two bath ground floor villa with a garden view. A floral arrangement greets you from the entryway mirrored niche blossoming with ginger, anthuriums, protea and bird of paradise. A painting of a similar arrangement adds to this exotic welcome.

The fully stocked kitchen is prepared to provide for all your cooking needs. The stainless steel appliances set amongst the African Mahogany trim supply a gorgeous contrast of rich colors. Pendant lighting softly descend over the multi level granite countertops where three black leather stools offer sophisticated seating for casual dining. An oversized mirror reflects the dining area where a table for four is set below the spacious soffit ceilings.

The ceiling fan spins gently over the two overstuffed couches in the living room. A flat screen television with dvd player invite you to relax within the air conditioned comfort of the villa. Recessed lighting are on dimmer controls to allow for your preferred settings.

Woven panels nicely obscure the sunlight that peeks in through the large lanai doors. Slide the doors completely into their pocket to reveal the splendor of your garden view. The lanai holds a wet bar, complete with a stainless steel barbecue grill, sink and outdoor refrigerator. The teak cabinetry and granite top complete the upscale feel of the lanai. Relax in the comfortable outdoor breeze on a table for four and enjoy a family cookout or cocktails at sunset.

The master bedroom has a plantation feel with its king size bed adorned with a bedspread sporting tropical foliage. A television, dvd and vhs player sit on an old fashioned dresser, just beside a bamboo desk and chair. Ceiling fans are also located in each bedroom. The master bath has double vanity sinks, a walk in shower with a corner bench and a large, deep soaking tub. The shower and tub each have handheld sprayers, and the baths are lightly brightened with the peach and gold travertine tile and countertops. Gold rimmed lighting fixtures protrude through the mirror which nearly encompasses the wall.

A platform queen size bed in the guest bedroom is covered with a classical Hawaiian quilt. A television and dvd player sit on a large dresser. The walls are decorated with artwork of popular locally grown fruit trees such as coconuts, mangos and papayas.

The guest bath adjoins this guest bedroom and features a tub shower set in golden hues of travertine. An oversized mirror is surrounded with African Mahogany trim.

Two twin beds are furnished in the second guest bedroom, with a bamboo styled headboard. This room also enjoys its own television with a built in dvd and vhs player. The soft blue walls and sailing decorum create a fun ocean feel.
