Enjoy spectacular beach and ocean views and a great location at this 3 bedroom Kolea villa. Newly furnished in 2011, this villa offers a nice Asian feel.
As you enter the villa you will be struck by the spacious great room and beautiful view. Find a large wraparound couch and swivel chair in the living room facing the entertainment center. Enjoy a big screen LCD television with extended cable and a DVD player. Also in this area is a desk. Adjacent to the living area is the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully stocked and features granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The dining area seats 6. The view is visible from all of these areas.
Open the large pocket doors off of the great room to the expansive lanai. Here you will find a dining area along with a sitting area with a couch and two chairs. Also enjoy a wet bar and stainless steel grill. Enjoy the ocean and beach views while listening to the palms.
On one side of the villa are the two master suites. The first master suite has a king size bed facing an LCD television. Enjoy the view from the bed! The master bathroom offers dual vanities, a deep soaking tub and a large walk in shower. The second master suite has a king size bed with an LCD television. The bathroom has a deep soaking tub, walk in shower, and dual vanities.
On the other side of the villa is the guest bedroom. Here you will find two twin beds with an LCD television. The attached bath has a walk in shower and vanity.

Cancellation Policy: We will process the deposit within the next 24 hours and send you a confirmation email. The rent is due 60 days prior to arrival. If you must cancel prior to the rent being paid, the deposit is lost. If you cancel after the rent is paid, the rent is lost unless we are able to rebook the property.
The deposit is charged at the time of booking. If your stay is within 60 days of making your reservation, all charges will be processed at the time of booking.

The house was beautiful
The house was beautiful when we first walked in and we weren’t expecting it to be so fancy. There were so many large rooms and flawless bathrooms! We really enjoyed coming here and we had an amazing stay so I am sure we’ll come back again! See in the future condo 😉 Thanks for everything!

Kolea is an exclusive, gated beachfront community in the Waikoloa Beach Resort on the Big Island of Hawaii. Comprised of several different rental properties perfect for vacationers, Kolea offers the vacation experience of a lifetime with oceanfront views, fast access to the beach, plenty of swimming and relaxing by the pool or beach, and many other things to do around the resort, such as shopping and dining at many different establishments around Waikoloa.
Guest of Kolea may also access the Kolea Beach Club, a private club with several amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. There is an infinity pool surrounded by lounge chairs, a kids pool with a waterfall and sand bottom, views of several pristine Hawaiian ponds, and a refreshing lava rock Jacuzzi. Inside the Kolea Beach Club, there is also a fitness center, tables, and lounging areas to enjoy games or relaxing dinners.
