Kolea 11K offers a nice corridor ocean view and the Kolea Beach Club is just steps away from the lanai. This 3 bed/2 bath villa is one of the closest smaller three bedroom villas to the Kolea Beach Club and beach access.

The villa is thoroughly furnished with Asian decor. The living area has two couches facing a big screen LCD television with a DVD player. Open the large pocket doors off the living room to enjoy the peaceful garden setting and access the lanai. The lanai has a dining area with seating for four. There is also a wet bar and stainless steel grill on the lanai. Just off of the living area is the dining area, which seats six, and the fully stocked kitchen. The gourmet kitchen features granite counters and stainless steel appliances.

Adjacent to the living area is the master bedroom with a king size bed with bedside tables and a LCD television and an iPod docking station. The spacious master bath features dual vanities with a large walk in shower and a deep soaking tub.

On the other side of the villa are the two guest bedrooms. The first guest bedroom has a queen size bed with a bedside table and televsion with a DVD player. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds with a LCD televison. Both of these bedrooms have access to the second bathroom with a vanity and tub/shower combo.

This villa also features central air conditioning and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.

There have been several upgrades to this villa to accommodate handicapp guests. The large walk in shower in the master bathroom has easy wheelchair access. There is also a paved path from the lanai to the Kolea Beach Club path for easy access to the Kolea Beach Club from the lanai.
