Kolea Villa 10A

This luxury villa possesses the convenience of a ground floor with the beauty of an ocean and beach view. Kolea 10A is the only two bedroom, three bathroom condo with a dedicated office. The office is generously furnished with a large working desk, a printer/scanner/copier and 10 key machine. The office is on the “makai” or ocean side of the building which allows you a private working space, without sacrificing the dazzling ocean view.

The large lanai includes a wet bar with a barbecue grill, sink and outdoor beverage center. Cookout beside the lush garden at a table for four or relax on the two lounge chairs with ottomans. Just within the lanai doors, a mechanical privacy screen descends from the soffit ceiling at a touch of a button to provide you with solitude.

The master bedroom is outfitted with a king size bed, multiple dressers, cushioned chairs, an armoire and television with a built in DVD/VHS player. Folding louvered mahogany doors open the master bedroom to the master bath. Here you can bask in the therapeutic warm waters of the deep soaking roman tub. The adjacent walk in shower is encased in glass and includes a natural stone bench. Dual vanity sinks are set in travertine with dimming lights protruding from the oversized mirror. Just beyond the vanities is a spacious walk in closet with a built in koa dresser.

The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and also features a gorgeous koa built in dresser. The private guest bath is designed of travertine including the vanity countertop and completely through the walk in shower. The shower has been upgraded with a glass enclosure and a stone corner bench.

The third full bath is centrally located within the villa with a vanity and tub/shower. A full size washer, dryer and large sink are available in the laundry room.
