Hilton Waikoloa Village Towers and Suites

The Lagoon Tower is the most popular tower because of its location next to the Kona Pool and the Dolphin Quest lagoon. Ground floor rooms offer easy access to all of the amenities for families.
The Ocean Tower is located next to the Kohala Pool and the Ocean View Terrace. It offers the best ocean views at Hilton Waikoloa.
The Palace Tower is located between the Lagoon Tower and Ocean Tower, and offers the most suites.

There are a total of 56 suites at the Hilton Waikoloa including:

Bay Suites - Approximately twice the size of a standard room with one bedroom, one bath and a separate living area. Ocean and mountain view suites are available

Palace Suites - Three times the size of a standard guest room with one bedroom and one and a half bathrooms. Ocean/mountain/golf course views are available.

Royal Suites - Four times the size of the standard guest room with one bedroom and one and a half bathrooms. Ocean/mountain/golf course views are available.

Presidential Suites – There are five presidential suites with over 3,000 square feet. They have two bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The Presidential suites offer living, dining, kitchenette, sauna, Jacuzzi, bedrooms, and dressing areas as well as spacious lanais with expansive ocean views.

Dolphin and Hemmeter Suites - These are the top suites at Hilton Waikoloa Village. These two suites are 2,000 square feet with large private lanais and Jacuzzis overlooking the Dolphin Lagoon.
