Halii Kai 12B Description

The Halii Kai 12B villa located in the Waikoloa Beach Resort is nothing short of spectacular. It has a stunning ocean view across the signature hole of the Waikoloa Beach Golf Course. The lanai is the perfect place to watch the sunset after a full day of activities. It is a very short walk to the Halii Kai Ocean Club.

This luxuriously furnished villa was professionally decorated. The living area has a couch with two side chairs. It features an LCD television with extended cable and a DVD player. Enjoy wireless internet access throughout the villa. The dining area for four is just off of the living area. The villa has a fully upgraded kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. It is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, dishes and glassware.

The master bedroom with a beautiful Asian decor has a king size bed. There is a wall mounted LCD television. This room also has an ocean view. The master bath has dual vanities and a very large walk in shower.

The guest bedroom has two twin beds plus a television. You can have the guest bedroom converted to a king size bed upon request. Just off of the guest bedroom is the guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Between the spectacular view and the stunning decorating in this villa, your stay in Hawaii will be one you will remember for a lifetime.

Hawaii tax of 13.416% is not included; Cleaning fee is included; $500 refundable deposit The rent is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: If you cancel prior to the rent being paid, the deposit is lost. If you cancel after the rent is paid, you are only refunded the rent if we are able to rebook the villa.

    We stayed in 12B from Aug 5-11th and could not have asked for better accommodations. We had a great time and the condo was very comfortable and met all our needs.

    We had a fabulous stay in 12B from Dec. 28 - Jan 5! 12B was a great base, tastefully done, and in very good condition. The location and view are excellent. We loved the marvelous whale watching pool setting - it is well designed and both the pool and sand-bottom hot tub are set at the perfect temperature. 12B is a short drive to everything we needed including the wonderful Hapuna Beach. Between making friends at the pool, boogie boarding at Hapuna Beach, enjoying a pool pass next door at the Hilton Waikoloa, and snorkeling at Honaunau Bay, our eight year old was very happy. Hali'i Kai = a perfect family vacation and we definitely recommend it. Thank you to Rob for helping us with all our vacation set up needs and thank you to the owners who shared their wonderful home.

    We had wonderful vacation on Big Island and 12B was an awsome home away from home! This villa is very, very nice, in a great location and Hali'i Kai is a wonderful, peaceful place. We enjoyed the ocean view watching whales from the lanai, the convenience of being able to walk to the beach, to the shops and restaurants. The ocean front pool and the club are a great additions as well. We had everything we could wish for there and will be looking forward to coming back! We love Big Island and Hali'i Kai 12B is a great base! Thank you Rob for all the help and thank you to the owners for sharing their spot in paradise with us! Aloha and Mahalo!

    Had a \"Great\" time and looking forward to returning soon and staying in unit 12B. We enjoyed everything...from our view from the lani to strolling the streets of old Kona. The food was outstanding from the small Cafe\'s to Roy\'s!! Unit 12B has an amazing view of the ocean & sunsets and Halii Kai is so peaceful, beautiful and so much more. Can\'t wait to return next year to see the \"Whales\" with the best seat in the house on the lani of unit 12B. Thanks again for sharing your Villa with us. Mahalo
