Blazin Steaks’ is the latest addition to the many places to eat at the Waikoloa Beach Resort.  It takes the place of the Big Island Steakhouse at The Kings’ Shops.  Although in a dine in setting, Blazin’ Steaks can prepare you an excellent meal within minutes. 

There are three basic options, which range in price from $6-$10.  This price gives you the biggest “bang for your buck” at Waikoloa Beach Resort.
The first option is a steak platter.  You can also get grilled shrimp with this.  The second option is a chicken platter cooked to your liking.  The third option is a fish platter prepared to your liking.  The current fish is opakapaka, but I feel this will change and they will give a variety over time.  You also have the option of mixing any two of these items together to make the perfect lunch for you.
All the platters are served with rice and salad.
