Just recently we added Marshall Gallen to our “family” at Waikoloa Vacation Rentals. As we are a small family owned business he will hold lots of “hats” within the business. His main focus will be on guest satisfaction. He is responsible for making sure the guests arrival goes smoothly, helping them with anything during their stay, and performing private concierge duties.
While the concierge duties include booking activities, offering dining recommendations, and planning private excursions, he is also expanding his knowledge on wedding events. This will allow us to get more wedding business and help couples plan the perfect wedding in Hawaii while staying in our vacation rentals.

“I wanted to say a huge “thank you” to one of your staff, Mr. Marshall Gallen. I recently had surgery and could not carry any heavy bags so I called earlier in the week to find out if you had any connections as to how I might be able to get a bellman to meet us and carry our luggage, on our arrival. I just happened to get Marshall on the phone and explained our circumstances. He immediately insisted that he meet us on arrival and he would personally take care of it. We had a late arrival that evening, not getting in until about 9:30 PM. Marshall called us on his cell phone and met us at the property, making sure that everything was unlocked and ready for us. He insisted on personally taking care of all our luggage and getting us settled in.
Marshall is a fine young man and certainly went “above and beyond” the call of duty that evening. He even called us later in the week to check and see if everything was going OK, and if there was anything else he could help us with. We certainly appreciated his expertise and assistance and I would like to commend him highly for his help.”
