The weather was perfect on Saturday and we went to the beach and pool. The villa was perfect. We opened the slider and never had to turn on the air conditioner. It was so nice to enjoy the Hawaiian breezes. We couldn't have asked for a better place. The convenience of getting to the ocean and the pool was wonderful. Thanks again and we look forward to visiting Kolea again. We have returned from our wonderful trip to Hawaii and we would like to thank you for letting us stay at the villa until later on our last day. Sitting on the open lanai, over looking the beautiful ocean was fabulous. Looking at the other condos within the same community, we felt that 3E was the perfect location. Directly across the street is an open lot allowing an unobstructed view of the ocean. The condo is a short walk to the pool area, as well as the beach. Kolea 3E also came with all the amenities of home and then some. We were impressed with all the added extras within the condo, from all the kitchenware needed to boogie boards to borrow. Anne and Rob at Waikoloa Vacation Rental Management were friendly and businesslike. All our transactions were handled promplty and professionally.
