Kolea 1F is one of the few villas at Kolea with at least a partial ocean view from each bedroom. You also get to enjoy the Waikoloa Beach Resort golf package, which includes golf for $50-$75 at the two courses.

2nd annual stay at your beautiful condo. Thanks again for the comfortable home away from home. Once again, the decor is amazing and only matched by the ocean views! Thanks for making our Big Island stay wonderful.

We had our Servpro convention at the Waikoloa Hilton which is a beautiful hotel. However, there were six of us and I really didn’t want to book 3 rooms. I am so glad that we were able to find this place on the internet.
. Mahalo!
What a marvelous place to spend a week!!!!
Our accomadations were absolutely FANTASTIC!! The condo was clean & comfortable. You know that having 3 teenage girls requires a lot of bathroom space and just plain area for their “stuff”. Kolea had plenty of room and then some.
The kitchen was stocked better then my own back home.
We had Servpro guests come over every evening and it was nice to sit on our lani and eat supper or have drinks and eat fresh pinapple while we watched beautiful sunsets on the ocean! Not only did we have fun but a lot of business was conducted in a nice relaxing atmosphere. All the while the kids watched movies on one of the many big tvs in the place.
I fixed dinner 4 times (grilling 3 of the 4)so it was nice to open up all the doors from the living area to the lani so as to be part of the conversations. We ate breakfast every morning in the condo and the girls were able to fix themselves sandwiches for lunch. That saved us a ton of money!
The pool is nice and their is a good beach where you can swim with the sea turtles. It isn’t sandy like Florida but it is a beach!
The condo was clean and all the people that work their are very friendly and accomodating.
Our key contact, Rob Dalton, was super! I began emailing him months in advance and he was able to organize things that I couldn’t (like a sunset catamran cruise for 76 people). Thank you Rob.
Servpro has had their convention in Hawaii every 10 years for the past 30 years. I know that in 9 years when they announce the location of our convention for 2020 —- the next day I will be booking this place if it is here again, because everyone that visited us (and they were staying in the hotel)said that they were going to book this room. Hopefully, I have a little “pull” and will get it first
