We (three Seniors) stayed in unit 16H for 10 days in our first trip to the Big Island. We found this villa to be well equipped, nicely furnished, clean and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable. We were pleased with the beautiful grounds, parking garage, swimming pool complex, work out room, access to beach, access to Marriot hotel restaurants, secure gated community - all resulted in a memorable and relaxed vacation. Rob was a good manager and was most efficient in taking care of any need.

my family(which included 2 teen age boys) spent a week in unit 16H and had the best vacation ever! The complex was awesome with pool, beach access, convenient to stores etc. The condo was perfect had all the comforts you could want. The outdoor patio with gas grill and refrig was a special plus as we cooked and ate most of our meals out there. Just can’t say enough about the responsiveness of the management firm. We called them for a gas bottle replacement and w/in an hour it was there on our front porch. Great people to deal with. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a high end condo with all the ammenities at a very reasonable price. We are going back!

My wife and I stayed for three weeks in 16H. The condo is very well appointed and provisioned. Everything is first class and very convenient. We have stayed in a number of condos in the Waikoloa Beach area and this was by far the best place. Highly recommended.

We spent 9 nights at Kolea 16H and it was great. The condo was clean, well furnished and very comfortable. It really made us feel at home. The central location for all of our activities was important to us and we would stay at this location again the next time we return to The Big Island. When something is this good and this enjoyable we don’t change it.
