The location and view are excellent. We loved the marvelous whale watching pool setting - it is well designed and both the pool and sand-bottom hot tub are set at the perfect temperature. 12B is a short drive to everything we needed including the wonderful Hapuna Beach. Between making friends at the pool, boogie boarding at Hapuna Beach, enjoying a pool pass next door at the Hilton Waikoloa, and snorkeling at Honaunau Bay, our eight year old was very happy. Hali'i Kai = a perfect family vacation and we definitely recommend it. Thank you to Rob for helping us with all our vacation set up needs and thank you to the owners who shared their wonderful home.
