We had wonderful vacation on Big Island and 12B was an awsome home away from home! This villa is very, very nice, in a great location and Hali’i Kai is a wonderful, peaceful place. We enjoyed the ocean view watching whales from the lanai, the convenience of being able to walk to the beach, to the shops and restaurants. The ocean front pool and the club are a great additions as well. We had everything we could wish for there and will be looking forward to coming back! We love Big Island and Hali’i Kai 12B is a great base! Thank you Rob for all the help and thank you to the owners for sharing their spot in paradise with us! Aloha and Mahalo!

We had a fabulous stay in 12B from Dec. 28 - Jan 5! 12B was a great base, tastefully done, and in very good condition. The location and view are excellent. We loved the marvelous whale watching pool setting - it is well designed and both the pool and sand-bottom hot tub are set at the perfect temperature. 12B is a short drive to everything we needed including the wonderful Hapuna Beach. Between making friends at the pool, boogie boarding at Hapuna Beach, enjoying a pool pass next door at the Hilton Waikoloa, and snorkeling at Honaunau Bay, our eight year old was very happy. Hali’i Kai = a perfect family vacation and we definitely recommend it. Thank you to Rob for helping us with all our vacation set up needs and thank you to the owners who shared their wonderful home.

We stayed in 12B from Aug 5-11th and could not have asked for better accommodations. We had a great time and the condo was very comfortable and met all our needs.
