Over the course of the last few years, we have had the opportunity to manage two of the finest vacation rentals at the Mauna Lani Terrace, Mauna Lani Terrace J204 and Mauna Lani Terrace F201.  Guests that have stayed in either of those villas have thoroughly enjoyed them and have reserved them on several occassions. I had always been told that we had two of the three nicest vacation rentals at the Mauna Lani Terrace with Mauna Lani Terrace A204 being the other one.

Just recently we had the opportunity to add Mauna Lani Terrace A204 to our program and are very excited about that.  A204 is one of the few three bedroom penthouses at the Mauna Lani Terrace and offers spectacular ocean views from many areas of the villa.  The beaches of Mauna Lani Bay and the Mauna Lani Beach Club are just short walks away.  Mauna Lani Terrace A204 has been completely renoved and is furnished great for a vacation rental property.

Kolea 14M is the newest addition to our rental program.  The best feature of this villa is that it is one of the only two bedroom villas at Kolea with a nice ocean view.  This villa has not been a rental previously so it has a very new feel to it. The floor plan of a two bedroom penthouse at Kolea offers great luxury for two couples.  Each room is a private suite.  This villa has been furnished in a manner to cater to couples.  You will find one king size bed and one queen size bed in this villa.

Every aspect of Kolea 14M is beautifully appointed.  You will find tile throughout with nice area rugs in the bedrooms.  Original artwork fills the walls throughout this villa.  The owners of this villa left the kitchen well stocked for the renters.  You will find ample supplies as well as spices and cooking goods.  As you open the large pocket doors you will enjoy what differientiates Kolea 14M from most other two bedroom villas at Kolea, the view.  Just in front of building 14 is a large lawn area which buffers any buildings from the view of Kolea 14M.  Directly in front of the lanai is a spectaular view of A’Bay just over one of the private homes.

After years of focusing mainly on the Waikoloa Beach Resort we were givin the opportunity to manage the nicest two bedroom villa rental at the Mauna Lani Terrace.  This two bedroom oceanview villa was renovated just over two years ago.  With over $200,000 in upgrades, every aspect of this villa has a nice touch to it.

Mauna Lani Terrace F201 offers a great location and an amazing ocean view.  Just off of your lanai you will enjoy the waters of the ancient Hawaiian ponds.  The beach and ocean are the backdrop to this setting. 
Mauna Lani Terrace F201 is one of the few villas at the Mauna Lani Terrace where you can walk directly in and do not have to walk up or down any stairs. 
Mauna Lani Terrace F201 is truely spectaular so do not miss the opportunity to stay at this villa if you make it to the Big Island of Hawaii!

Vista Waikoloa is located in the heart of the Waikoloa Beach Resort and offers easy access to all the wonderful amenities Waikoloa has to offer.  All of the condos at Vista Waikoloa are two bedrooms.  Buildings A-E offer ocean and partial ocean views of A’Bay.  Buildings F and G offer fairway views of the first tee of the Waikoloa Beach Course.

Kolea is one of the only beachfront complexes along the Kohala Coast on the Big Island of Hawaii.  At Kolea you will find luxurious, well appointed, spacious villas.  Buildings 1-8 and 10 overlook vacant lots and private homes and offer amazing ocean and beach views.  Some of the ground floor villas offer partial ocean views.  The ground floor villas in building 8 offer ocean and beach views over the Kolea Beach Club.�

Halii Kai is an oceanfront condo complex located in the Waikoloa Beach Resort.  Buildings 12-15 offer amazing oceanfrontage along with some villas in other buildings offering great views.  Halii Kai is one of the few complexes on the Big Island of Hawaii that has a restaurant and bar on property.  They are located at the amazing Halii Kai Ocean Club.  The Ocean Club features a multi layer resort style pool as well as an open air fitness cabana.  Enjoy watching the whales from this beautiful setting in the winter months.
